1960’da, Özbekistan’ın Fergana şehrinde doğdu.

1977-1982 yıllarında, Özbekistan Devlet Sanat Enstitüsü’nde Tiyatro ve Sinema Oyunculuğu Bölümünde okuyup mezun oldu.

1993’te, Moskova Devlet Sinema Enstitüsü’nde Sinema Yazarlığı ve Eleştirisi Bölümünde okudu.

2002’de Sinema sahasında Doktora çalışması yaptı.

2002 yılından itibaren, Özbekistan Devlet Sanat Enstitüsü’nde, Doçent olarak Dünya Sinema Tarihi ve Nazariyesi üzerine dersler verdi.

2015 yılından başlayarak, Özbekistan Milli Üniversitesi’nde Sinema ve Tv Bölümünde çalıştı.

Bu arada Tv için yönetmen ve yazar olarak dizi filmleri ve programlar yaptı.

Halen Özbekkino Sinema Kurumu’nda, “Sinema Yazarları ve Eleştirmenleri Loncası”nı yönetiyor.

 

 

Born in the city of Fergana, Uzbekistan, 1960.

He studied at the Department of Theatre and Film Acting in Uzbekistan State Arts Institute during 1977-1982.

In 1993, he studied at the Department of Film Writing and Criticism in the State Film Institute, Moscow.

In 2002, he had a Doctoral study in the field of Cinema.

Starting with 2002, he taught World Film History and Theory at Uzbekistan State Arts Institute.

By 2015, he worked at the Department of Cinema and Tv in Uzbekistan National University.

In the meanwhile, he made serials and programs as a director and writer for Tv.

Currently he is the director of the “Guild of Film Writers and Critics” at Uzbekkino.
